Relational bonds can strain among employees, between staff and leadership, or between organizations and the communities they serve. To address these tensions, we draw upon diverse methodologies to design comprehensive interventions, which range from 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders and pre-mediation caucuses, to mediations, Circle processes, town hall-style restorative justice sessions, and crisis communications. Our resolution and repair work aims to promote mutual understanding, make meaningful amends, and foster long-term change.
