Dialogue and Repair
When tensions rise or trust breaks down, we support individuals and teams in finding their way back to one another. Our restorative, trauma-informed approach addresses conflict at its root to repair relationships and restore clarity. We employ multiple modalities, including mediation, facilitated dialogue, and designing systems of accountability, to turn moments of conflict into opportunities for growth and renewal.
